BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

Cherie’s incredible cheeseburger pie with all your favourite burger flavours.
                      Ingredients
- 
500g beef mince
 - 1 onion
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 2 tbsp Blow My Coals
 - 
            
1 tbsp Sesh Mustard
        
            
              
                
 - 
            
2 tbsp Fry Yay
        
            
              
                
 - 1.5 cups beef stock
 - 4 rashers streaky bacon
 - 6 slices burger cheese
 - 1/4 cup chopped pickles
 - 2 tbsp Get Lit BBQ Sauce
 - 3 squares flaky puff pastry
 - 1 egg
 - 
Sesame seeds
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200C Fan Bake
 - Sauté finely diced onion in butter in a large pan over a medium high heat for a couple of minutes
 - Add mince and brown for 5 minutes, breaking up with a wooden spoon
 Add Blow My Coals and Sesh Mustard, stir to combine
- Sprinkle over Fry Yay and stir to coat
 - Pour in beef stock, mix well and simmer for 5-6 minutes to thicken the gravy
 - While the mince is simmering, dice the bacon and fry off until golden and crisp
 - Line a 26cm casserole or pie dish with pastry
 - Pour in the mince filling and layer the cheese slices on-top of the mince, then add the diced cooked bacon
 - Sprinkle over the diced pickles and drizzle the Get Lit
 - Take the pastry lid and brush the inside with some additional sesh mustard and pop onto the pie, seal the edges
 - Whisk the egg and use it to brush over the top of the pastry and sprinkle with some sesame seeds
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the pastry is cooked
