Quick Ramen

Slurp up this speedy noodle bowl loaded with tasty broth and whatever toppings you’re craving. Perfect for when you want big flavour without the wait.
Ingredients
- 1.5 litres chicken stock
- 4 tbsp No Ramen Nor Reason Ramen Broth
- 3 packets instant ramen noodles
To serve
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked,
- seasoned, and shredded
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- Fresh spring onion, finely sliced on an angle
- Finely sliced red chilli or a drizzle of Sesh Oil
- Finely sliced nori sheets
- Blanched bok choy or broccolini
- Any other veg you like

A sprinkle of Poké Me seasoning (optional)
Directions
- Add the chicken stock to a large pot and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the No Ramen Nor Reason broth blend and taste.
- Add any extra flavours you like – a splash of Sesh Oil for heat, sesame oil for depth, or sweet soy for a little sweetness. None are essential, but all are yum.
- Add the ramen noodles and simmer for 2 minutes.
Just before serving, blanch any greens you’d like directly in the broth – bok choy or broccolini work beautifully.
- Divide the noodles between four bowls and ladle the hot broth over the top.
Top each bowl with shredded chicken, a soft-boiled egg, and your choice of garnishes – chilli, spring onion, nori, greens, Sesh Oil, or Poké Me. Use what you have on hand – it’s all good.
