Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back pork ribs
- 2 heaped tbsp Man Rub
- ⅓ cup Sweet Bourbon St. BBQ
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Lay two large lengths of tin foil on a tray. Place a piece of baking paper the size of the ribs on top of the tinfoil. Rub the ribs with
- Man Rub on both sides.
- Wrap the ribs up tightly like a parcel, place on a baking tray and bake for 3 hours at 160°C.
- After 3 hours the rib meat should be tender. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase oven to 200°C.
- Partially unwrap the ribs and tuck any excess foil in. To glaze the ribs mix the Sweet Bourbon St. BBQ and water with the honey
- or brown sugar. Brush on the ribs and place back in the oven for 20 minutes to get some colour and until slightly sticky.
- Serve immediately.
