Chipotle & Lime Lavosh

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups spelt flour, buckwheat flour or standard flour

4 tablespoons Mother Dukkah (or swap for Tik Tok Trending or plain sesame seeds)
- ΒΌ cup rice bran or olive oil
- Β½ cup water

Chipotle & Lime Salt, for seasoning
Directions
Heat the oven to 180Β°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper or a non stick mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with the Mother Dukkah (or your chosen substitute).
- Add the water and oil and bring together with a fork to form a shaggy dough.
- Use your hands to knead it into a smooth, soft ball.
- Lightly flour your bench. Break off an egg sized piece of dough and roll it into a thin oblong, as thin as you can get it.
- Cut into cracker sized shards or long strips.
- Arrange on the tray and season with Chipotle Lime Salt.
- Bake for about 13 minutes, until golden and crisp. Transfer to a rack to cool.
- Bake two trays at once and repeat until all the dough is used. Store in an airtight container.
