Chicken Toast

Golden, crispy and full of flavour, this chicken toast is finished with a crunchy sesame coating and a creamy sweet-spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients

400g chicken mince

1 tbsp Wok Sauce

1 tsp Sesh Oil
-
½ tsp Sanders Seasoning

2 tbsp fresh coriander

1 egg white
-
1 ½ tbsp cornflour

6 slices white toast bread

¼ cup Tik Tok Trending

½ cup sesame seeds
-
Oil for frying
Dipping sauce
-
1 cup kewpie mayo
-
1 tbsp Sweet Sesh
Directions
Add the chicken mince to a food processor along with the
Wok Sauce, Sesh Oil, Sanders Seasoning, coriander, egg white and cornflour. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds, until a smooth paste forms.
In a bowl wide enough to fit a slice of bread, combine the Tik Tok Trending seasoning and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Place a large fry pan over medium heat and add enough oil to create an even 1 cm layer across the pan.
While the oil is heating, spread one-sixth of the chicken mixture over a slice of white bread, right to the edges.
Press the toast, chicken-side down, into the sesame seed mixture until the chicken is fully coated.
Fry seed-side down first for about 90 seconds, then flip and fry for another minute, until golden and cooked through.
Drain well on paper towels and repeat in batches.
For the dipping sauce, mix together the mayo and a dash of Sweet Sesh.
