The Pornstar Martini is where juicy passionfruit flirts with smooth vanilla vodka and a cheeky splash of bubbly prosecco. It’s a crowd favourite that’s full of punchy flavour and guaranteed to get the party started this season.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Boogie Nights
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/3 cup vanilla vodka
- 2 shots of prosecco (served separately)
Directions
- Start by adding the Boogie Nights into a cocktail shaker.
Pour in the hot water, and stir gently to ensure the mix dissolves completely, creating a smooth and fragrant base for your drink. Once dissolved but still hot, add your vodka to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with plenty of ice to chill the mixture properly. Secure the lid and give it a good, vigorous shake for about 15 to 20 seconds. This not only cools the cocktail but also helps to blend all the flavours perfectly.
- Prepare a martini glass by chilling it beforehand or filling it with ice while you shake the cocktail. When ready, strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass, leaving the ice behind.
- Serve each cocktail alongside a shot glass filled with bubbly prosecco. You can sip the passionfruit martini first and then chase it with a splash of prosecco, or if you prefer, gently top the cocktail with prosecco to add a fizzy, festive twist.
