Pina Colada Slushy

A Pepper & Me twist on a much-loved cocktail! The classic summer holiday flavours of pineapple and coconut absolutely slap in this frozen slushy blend.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 50g Caught in the Rain pina colada mix
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 60ml Malibu
Directions
- Put your chosen glass into the freezer.
Put the ice into a blender (a small NutriBullet-style blender is best but not essential).
Top with the Caught in the Rain, pineapple juice and Malibu.
Blend on high for 2 minutes and pour into the frozen glass.
Serve immediately.
