Ingredients

1 cup ice

50g Caught in the Rain pina colada mix

½ cup pineapple juice

60ml Malibu
Directions
- Put your chosen glass into the freezer.
Put the ice into a blender (a small NutriBullet-style blender is best but not essential).
Top with the Caught in the Rain, pineapple juice and Malibu.
Blend on high for 2 minutes and pour into the frozen glass.
Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
MOCKTAIL OPTION
To make an alcohol-free version, use coconut milk instead of Malibu.
