
Creamy Lentil Curry
A fragrant soul warming vegan curry the whole family will love. This blend of lentils and quinoa, along with coconut and P&M’s Goan To Bombay seasoning makes for a mild but fragrant dahl style curry. Serve with rice or naan, or grilled chicken on top. An effortless way to place a delicious meal on your dinner table.

Instructions
Pour contents of jar into a standard KitCo pot then add 1tlr water and a can of coconut milk. Simmer on a medium heat for 35min stiring regularly. Remove from heat and place the lid on to sit for 5min before serving.
