Great on Brisket.

Done a huge brisket on the offset for family over the break. Generously rubbed with blow my coals and rested overnight. Smoked with cherry then wrapped. 10 hours later we were eating it. The rub really shone through and with the smoke flavour it made the brisket really tasty. Would pair well with pork or lamb too I think.

Not just on beef!

While great on beef, I used on lamb and chicken thigh fillets and it was sooo goood! Flavoursome!
