DEEEEELICIOUS

This is the most flavorful risotto ever! Super easy to make. Just tip it into a large saucepan, add a litre of stock and slowly simmer Easy peasy! I added some extra portobello mushrooms and some chicken and it made enough to feed 4 people. You don't need to add any extra seasonings as it has plenry of flavour. My new fave meal!

Easy risotto

Quick and easy, added extra sautéed mushrooms. Very herb forward in flavor.

Served with balsamic roasted portobello mushrooms, crispy chorizo bits, feta & parsley. Will definitely buy again, super easy and consistency and flavour perfect!
