Katie's Vegan Aioli

Its Man Rub aioli, but for everyone! Egg free makes this recipe suitable for pregnant ladies, vegans and its free from most allergen foods.

Prep Time

Ingredients

  • 1 Tin Bean brine (e.g chickpea)
  • Juice of one lemon J
  • 3 tsp Man Rub
  • 500 ml Light oil

Instructions

  1. Blend the first three ingredients well, in a mix or with a stick blender.
  2. Drizzle in oil slowly, with blender running.
  3. Store in the fridge in sealed containers for up to 12 days.
